INTRODUCTION

Health and Nutrition Care Foundation (NGO) was born with a very noble & dedicated cause to make Indian agriculture chemical free, to make dedicated efforts to come back human life from various death causing illness, toward true wellness. The Health and Nutrition Care Foundation is a Nationwide, non-profit, charitable, non-governmental, politically and religiously neutral humanitarian response organization engaged in establishing models of sustainable agriculture working in partnership with NGOs and Community Based Organizations.

    Health and Nutrition Care Foundation founded by Dr. N.B. Bagwan in 2018 with a goal to bring in Rural Economic development with a specific focus on the organic farming, processing of organic produce, preservation of environment for sustainable development and Progress, Prosperity and Peace of farmers and their family.


 

 
 

PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE Keeping the Organic Food and Human Health at the core

  On behalf of The Health and Nutrition Care Foundation, I take this opportunity to convey my heartfelt gratitude to each one of you who has chosen to be our companion on the road to Farmers Progress, Prosperity and Peace. Your steadfast support reassures us that our vision, ‘To come back human life from various death causing illness, toward true wellness’. Organic products are produced, prepared, and processed without the use of any chemicals. Organic food does not contain any elements of toxic chemicals and may not affect human health in harmful ways. The use of natural techniques such as various organic and biological inputs, green manure, crop rotation, mix cropping, inter cropping etc absolutely help well in producing safer, healthier, and aromatic final food products. It means healthy people and better nourishment for a better living. Organic food contains antioxidants and the positive effects of antioxidants on overall health have been established in a number of scientific studies, especially those derived from organic foods. The positive impacts of antioxidants obtained from organic foods include prevention of heart disease, cancer, vision problems, premature aging, and cognitive malfunction. When humans consume the non-organic food products, they indirectly consume the residue of pesticide, fungicide, herbicides, antibiotics, growth hormones, preservatives which weaken immune systems. This may link to a variety of diseases and disorders namely cancers, digestive dysfunctions, headaches, ADHD, birth defects, weakened immune system, and even premature death. Organic foods are locally grown and pose very minimal interference to the environmental resources that support healthy living and there is no water, air, and soil pollution therefore ensuring a healthier and safer environment.
